Payment Policy
We accept PayPal payments at this time. This is a completely secure checkout that allows the use of credit cards and checks. Checks do take an average of 3-5 days to clear. Your order will not be started until payment is cleared.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders after we receive your final order.
***Please double-check thread colors, monograms, sizing and processing times, etc BEFORE placing your final order as we are not responsible for change requests afterwards. If there is a question regarding sizing of an item, please message me for a size chart before purchasing. Shop is not responsible for wrong sizing and does not accept returns/exchanges due to wrong sizing.
Return Policy
Because of the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.

***Please be specific when requesting fonts. Be sure to leave your font preference in the notes to seller section at checkout. If you do not leave a specific request the designer will use the font that looks and fits best with your monogram/name. We are happy to send proofs upon request after purchase. We do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with your font.
***We offer a multitude of thread colors so please be as specific as possible when requesting your thread color!
***Please note, many things include lighting, post editing, and computer/phone screen settings can effect the color of the photo. We do our best to ensure that the products are portrayed correctly but please understand that there can be slight variations.
Customer service is my TOP priority, so if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Policy
Currently items ship within 3 weeks.
Items ship through USPS. All orders are shipped to the address entered during the checkout process. PLEASE be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Addresses cannot be changed after the order has been submitted.
If you need your item sooner than the current turn around, rush upgrades are available for purchase in the shop. Please message prior to purchasing to ensue the rush is available on your item!
Shipping is not insured and our liability stops when it leaves our workshop. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen goods due to shipping. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please message us to do so!
All orders will receive a shipping notification when your item ships!
